Back Schwartz Vaughan is an established and successful firm of legal advisers with a solid reputation for giving accurate, cost effective, practical and timely advice. Back Schwartz Vaughan was founded by Frank Back and Tony Schwartz in 1993 and operates from offices in the heart of the Randwick and Sydney central business districts.
Frank's extensive experience lies in the areas of property development, acquisitions, conveyancing, finance, leasing, joint ventures, wills, estate planning and corporate and commercial transactions. Tony is an expert in all aspects of liquor licensing including community impact statements, liquor licence applications, licence related authorisations and club and gaming related matters. Together they have assembled a close-knit team of loyal professionals and staff with a high level of specialist knowledge and expertise across all areas of law.
We have been involved in all types of major investigations, complaints and prosecutions instigated by the Police or Director of Liquor and Gaming. Tony has represented the applicant or submitter in more social impact assessments before the former Liquor Administration Board than any other legal adviser in NSW. Tony is sought after by those in the liquor licensing industry to assist in the most difficult, complicated and complex legal matters. No job is too large or too small and we are proud to say the majority of our new client base consists of referrals by satisfied clients including other legal practitioners who have been loyal to us for many years.
