Brett joined Back Schwartz Vaughan in 1996 and has over 18 years experience in liquor licensing and gaming related matters. Brett was employed as a police officer with the New South Wales Police Service from 1983 to 1996, the last 9 years of which were spent working as a specialist licensing and legalised gaming officer. Brett has extensive experience in matters relating to on-premises, hotels, packaged liquor licences, producer/wholesaler licences and limited licences with a keen interest in Club law including compliance issues, complaints and other disciplinary type issues.
