Colleen joined Back Schwartz Vaughan in 2001. Colleen was admitted as solicitor in NSW in 2007 and provides advice in the areas retail and commercial leasing and wills, probate and estate administration.
Colleen's has extensive experience and a large client base in the retail and commercial leasing transactions. Her experience and expertise in acting for both the Landlord and the Tenant extends to drafting and negotiating simple to complex retail and commercial leases.
Colleen also has extensive experience in the preparation of legal wills from the simple to the complex. Her experience and expertise also extends to powers of attorney, guardian appointments and probate and estate administration. Colleen acts for executors and administrators in obtaining contested and uncontested grants of administration. Colleen also provides expert advice and assistance in relation to claims against estates or objections against the grant of administration of estates and regularly provides advice to persons that have not been adequately provided for in a will or estate distribution under the Family Provisions Act.
