Frank was the principal of Bryan Vaughan and Co and has practised as a solicitor since 1979 specialising in commercial
and residential property and business related matters. In 1993 Frank formed Back Schwartz Vaughan Solicitors with
Tony Schwartz and has since that time developed a highly reputable commercial and property practice from our Randwick
office.
Frank provides expert advice to clients and other legal practitioners on complex commercial and property matters.
This involves expert advice in areas of leasing, easements, boundary adjustments, environmental issues, sales and
acquisitions and commercial and retail leases.
Frank's current practice concentrates on medium to large scale commercial property transactions including the development,
sale and purchase of residential, commercial, industrial and retail property and licensed premises. Frank is well
regarded in the liquor industry acting for national companies in the acquisition of hotels and other commercial properties
and businesses. Frank has a family background of owning and operating hotels in Sydney and regularly advises others
