Therese's experience in the legal industry spans over 20 years with the majority of that experience in the application of the licensing laws as they relate to NSW or transactions of a commercial kind involving licensed premises. Therese holds an associate degree in law (paralegal studies) graduating with distinction in 1996 from Southern Cross University. In 2001 Therese joined Back Schwartz Vaughan as a paralegal in their liquor licensing department.
Therese is a highly experienced paralegal specialising in liquor licensing matters. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the application of the licensing laws in NSW and compliance issues. Therese assists Tony in his extensive licensing practice with an emphasis on community impact statements and matters relating to on-premises, hotels, packaged liquor licences and limited licences.
