Congratulations to Paul Capper on the grant of a new Hotel Licence at Westfield Miranda in its new and expanding dining precinct. Beyond the Label will sell premium and boutique wines and feature state of the art wine dispensing machines using smartcard technology. Customers can select and taste a variety of unique wines, but unlike a traditional bottle shop, customers can enjoy a full glass of wine with or without a meal and also purchase wine for take-away purposes. Paul looks forward to running tastings, events and educational classes. This is an exciting new way of sampling at reasonable prices often hard to get and sometimes expensive wine by the glass! We wish Paul all the best with his new venture.
