We are proud to announce that the IL&GA has recently granted a new on-premises (restaurant and catering service) licence which will allow Cesare Salemi and his team to sell or supply alcohol along with the unique range of fresh breads, wood fired pizzas, schichiatta, cakes and pastries on offer at DUST.
Located in the heart of Forest Lodge at the recently unveiled Harold Park Tramsheds, DUST will be open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Every stage of the production process is meticulously monitored by Cesare and his team, from personally sourcing whole grains to grinding them on-site with a rare handmade stone mill imported from Austria. It is this care and passion which is sure to leave you wanting more.
