Sven San, the latest imagining of owner/chef Michael Bengtsson, is re-introducing Sydney to Scandinavian and Japanese cuisine. Earlier this year BSV assisted the Sven San team to tailor their on-premises liquor licence to their business, and now BSV is pleased to announce that Sven San has also been granted a primary service authorisation.
The primary service authorisation allows Sven San to serve liquor to patrons who choose not to consume food alongside their alcoholic beverages. The primary purpose of the licence however remains to serve up delicious and exciting blends of traditional Scandinavian and Japanese cuisines, the prawn ‘gnocchi’ with brown butter kombu in particular is a meal patrons will not soon forget.
