Monica has been part of the Back Schwartz Vaughan team since 2012. She has worked exclusively in its liquor and gaming department since her admission as a NSW legal practitioner in 2016.
She is highly motivated and skilled in the preparation of complicated licensing applications and all types of licensing advice work. Monica works closely on Tony’s matters and with our clients in many aspects of our licensing practice.
Monica holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Business Economics)/Bachelor of Laws, UNSW (2016) and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, the College of Law (2016).

Providing advice to clients about the process of buying or selling a business where a liquor licence applies, including conducting due diligence type work surrounding a client’s purchase of a licensed premises.
