Since 2019, Giovanna has been an integral part of the Back Schwartz Vaughan team, committed to providing support to all employees to ensure an efficient work environment.

With more than 10 years in the managerial field, Giovanna manages over 20 employees (including solicitors and supporting staff). Giovanna works closely with both Directors, Tony Schwartz and Frank Back as well as all solicitors and staff to ensure Back Schwartz Vaughan is always prepared to meet all their client needs.
