Last November BSV was excited to announce that Chin Chin Sydney had its On-Premises licence and Primary Service of authorisation granted by the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority.
Now, this eagerly awaited restaurant has finally opened its doors to the public, giving Sydney residents an opportunity to eat and drink at one of Melbourne’s most popular dining spots. Set in the historic Griffith Teas Warehouse in Surry Hills, the restaurant is a fantastic addition to one of Sydney’s most established food and drink districts. Patrons will be able to enjoy a modern and eclectic mix of Asian dishes with a greater focus on salads and seafood, a menu tailored to Sydney’s summer climate. BSV greatly enjoyed working with Chin Chin and assisting them with what will become one of Sydney’s premiere restaurants.
