Transfer of Licence Application

Kindly complete the instruction sheet that follows that relates to an application to the NSW Liquor and Gaming (L&GNSW) to transfer an existing liquor licence to another individual or company. The questions that follow refer to certain interested parties or terms.  For your convenience, we have defined them as follows:

• Licence: the liquor licence that is the subject matter of these instructions.

• Proposed Licensee: the person or organisation that the liquor licence is being transferred to.

• Existing Licensee: the person or organisation that the liquor licence is being transferred from.

• Business Owner: the person or organisation that owns the business – not the physical premises.

• Premises Owner: the person or organisation that owns the physical premises – not the business.
