Sake Live, featuring Sydney’s largest robatayaki grill and sushi bar, is bringing Japanese cuisine to the next level. Back Schwartz Vaughan is proud to announce the NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority has granted Sake Live an On-premises liquor licence endorsed with a primary service authorisation.
The On-premises liquor licence allows for Sake Live to serve a range of alcoholic beverages to complement their meals. The primary service authorisation allows for Sake Live to serve liquor to patrons who choose not to consume food alongside their alcoholic beverages, although the primary purpose of the Licence is for the restaurant to provide delectable meals to the public.
