The BSV licensing team have assisted The Butler’s Pantry at Redbank with obtaining prompt approval of a primary service authorisation (PSA) to be endorsed on the existing on-premises (restaurant) licence, for their premise located in North Richmond.
The PSA will allow the Butler’s Pantry to serve customers liquor without consuming a meal at the restaurant as well providing catering services to a function, occasion or event held at the premise alongside the existing on-premises (restaurant) licence. This authorisation extends the services on offer at Butler’s Pantry to the community of Redbank, beyond its already balanced and diverse menu.
