Sven-San is redefining contemporary Sydney dining with its fresh take on Scando-Japanese cuisine. Back Schwartz Vaughan (BSV) was pleased to assist restaurateur Michael Bengtsson and Jace Kirk (licensee) with their most recent project situated on the CBD fringe (at 495 Oxford Street, Paddington). Recently the NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority (ILGA) approved Sven-San’s request to alter their licence condition in order to better serve their clientele, and provide a range of exciting beverage options to be served with their unique menu.
BSV is committed to assisting Sven-San to get the most out of their liquor licence by working closely with the lessor, the business owners and the ILGA, and in doing so helping Michael and Jace establish their latest venture as one of Sydney’s premier casual dining venues.
