Back Schwartz Vaughan congratulates Woolworths Limited in obtaining a packaged liquor licence for their proposed BWS store at Bulli and is happy to have acted for them in this successful application before the IL&GA. The retail development at Bulli also includes:-
A new Woolworths Supermarket;
A retail speciality floor-space; and
A medical centre and/or commercial component.
The Supermarket and BWS Store will be located at ground level, and will be served by both on-grade and basement car parking.
