BWS - Beer Wine Spirits

The NSW ILGA has recently approved an Application by the Woolworths Group Limited  (on behalf of its liquor sales subsidiary -  the Endeavour Drinks Group) for the removal of their packaged liquor licence from Roseville to Shop 1, 23-41 Lindfield Avenue, Lindfield.  The new BWS Store will form part of a significant redevelopment of the site that includes 141 apartments in 2 residential towers above 241 basement car parking spaces providing travelator access to the retail podium. The retail level comprises of a ground level supermarket together with 7 speciality shops, one of which will be the BWS Store. BSV are happy to have been associated with and in acting for the Applicant in securing the approval of this Application.
