Older paper Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certificates issued before 1 January 2010 have expired. These certificates only display one competency and do not contain an expiry date. Paper certificates issued between 1 January 2010 and 21 August 2011 will expire on 30 June 2016.
If your RSA or RCG certificate is due to expire, you will need to complete another full RSA and/or RCG training course prior to 30 June 2016 if you wish to work in roles that require valid RSA and/or RCG competency.
