BSV congratulates Duck and Rice on the grant of an on-premises licence, with a primary service authorisation (PSA) and an extended trading authorisation (ETA). These granted applications will allow the Pitt St Westfield’s newest restaurant to trade from 10.00am to 12 Midnight, 7 days a week on their level 7 premises. Duck and Rice is expected to open its doors to excited diners in February 2019 and is staged as another addition to Sydney’s vibrant restaurant culture.
