BSV would like to congratulate Boon Café for obtaining their new on-premises (restaurant) licence from Liquor & Gaming NSW! This licence will allow diners to enjoy a glass of wine, or a refreshing beer with their meal, heightening the already fun and unique vibes Boon Café already gives off. Boon Café is part restaurant, part café and part Asian grocer. Their menu is sprawling, but everything on it pays homage and respect to their ethos of both playing with flavour and serving customers with authentic Isaan (northern Thai) food. In the morning this might take the form of a sticky-sweet, pandan custard-slathered croissant, or perhaps in the evening it might be one of the many spicy papaya salads they have to choose from.
