Maybe Sammy wins Best New International Cocktail Bar 2019!

Back Schwartz Vaughan extends its congratulations to the team at Maybe Sammy, who recently won the ‘Best New International Cocktail Bar 2019’ award. BSV is pleased to have assisted the team at Maybe Sammy with all their licensing requirements for their newly established small bar which has now earnt itself a reputation on a global scale. The competition saw some of the finest bars around the world compete in a bid to be named Best New International Cocktail Bar 2019. The competition involved over 100 industry experts who judged bars on an international scale. Along with Maybe Sammy, four other Australian bars made it into the Asia & Pacific top ten to compete amongst other globally selected bars. Maybe Sammy then progressed into the international top ten and beat its three competitors after being shortlisted as one of the four finalists. Co-owner Stefano Catino attributed their success to service and of course, their fabulous bar team comprising of co-owner Andrea Gualdi and Martin Hudak, both having worked at the iconic American Bar at The Savoy Hotel in London, and Balazs Molnar who along with Gualdi has worked at London’s acclaimed Artesian Bar.
