We congratulate the team at the Endeavour Group on the recent approval of their packaged liquor licence for 90-98 Glenmore Ridge Drive, Glenmore Park. The Licence and BWS Store will form part of a new mix-use retail and residential development in this location. The neighbourhood shopping centre component of the development (to be known as Glenmore Village) consists of approximately 7,500 sqm of retail which will include the Metro Woolworths Supermarket and the BWS Store. Approximately 147 residential units are to be located above. Glenmore Village will create another convenient opportunity for customers in the Glenmore Park area to shop for their every day needs including alcohol, with the added convenience of in-store pickup and delivery options.
