We are pleased to have assisted Grosvenor Place Pty Ltd in their recent licensing work. First, we acted for the landlord in obtaining a liquor licence that was tailored to suit their proposed business model - the business activities of “co-shared workspace” and “restaurant” were sought and granted by the NSW Liquor and Gaming. Secondly, when a tenant was found we then arranged to transfer the licence to the tenant and change the trading name on the licence. The on-premises licence is now known as Chi Chi Sydney.
