We are pleased to advise the NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority granted an extended trading authorisation (ETA) for the Crown & Emperor Hotel, Marrickville. The Application triggered the requirement to prepare the more complex Category B Community Impact Statement (CIS). The CIS our office prepared for this Hotel considered the potential for both liquor and gaming impacts late at night. The evidence our office placed before the Authority, and which ultimately meant the Application was approved, persuaded the Authority that the ETA would not cause an overall social detriment to the well-being of Marrickville (or the LGA the Hotel is in).
