BSV are pleased with the outcome of the packaged liquor licence (PLL) application for our clients at Asiana Liquor, Chatswood. Beginning the process in late August 2023, the licensing team at BSV were able to prepare a complex Category B Community Impact Statement (CIS), lodge the application and receive approval alongside written statement of reasons from the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority (ILGA) all within 6 months.
Properly prepared PLL applications require extensive detail to ensure success, and BSV’s experience in meticulous CIS preparation and of the intricacies of applications to ILGA afforded Asiana Liquor an extremely efficient application process and minimised costly delay in awaiting regulatory approval.
Asiana Liquor adjoins an existing Asian-style grocery store, Asiana Grocer, and while operated separately, the store will complement its sibling grocer with its focus on liquor products imported from China, Japan and Korea.
