Annual liquor licence fees are due in May 2017

The Office of Liquor and Gaming will soon be sending out liquor licence payment notices. All liquor licence holders need to pay an annual fee in 2017, which is made up of a base fee as well as risk-based loadings (only applicable to some licencees). The key dates for payment are as follows:

  • On Thursday 6 April 2017, Liquor & Gaming NSW will send out liquor licences payment notices via email, text message and post.

  • Fees are due on Monday 29 May 2017.

  • Applications for fee re-assessments and fee waivers can be made from Thursday 6 April 2017 to Monday 22 May 2017.
