Back Schwartz Vaughan is proud to have assisted Woolworths Limited in obtaining a packaged liquor licence for their proposed BWS store at The Ponds. The new BWS store will be located adjacent to a Woolworths Supermarket and will form part of a new single level shopping centre to be known as The Ponds Shopping Centre. Apart from the Supermarket and BWS store, the Centre will include between 19 and 24 speciality retail tenancies and 2 kiosks within a covered mall with pedestrian access from Riverbank Drive and The Ponds Boulevard.
