Congratulations to Adam Murphy & Dwayne Robinson on the recent grant of their hotel (general bar) licence. The Humber is located in the heart of the Wollongong CBD at 226-228 Crown Street, Wollongong. The venue represents a unique offer in Wollongong comprising of a multi-functional, multi-level space in excess of 320 square metres. The facilities on each level are:-
Ground: Café, Kitchen & Amenities. It contains a ‘lobby’ style entry from Crown Street. The ground level kitchen and café will operate 7 days a week. High quality basic, homemade and ‘local’ style food will be provided.
Level 1 (middle level): This level is a dedicated, retro styled bar. It will contain a circular bar, seats beside all windows looking out on Crown Street, along with amenities and a large banquette.
Top floor (or roof top): This level represents a first for Wollongong, as the area has views over the CBD (Crown Street) and the top of Wollongong Mall. It also has views out to the ocean in the distance.
The Venue is located in a rapidly expanding and revitalised area of the Wollongong CBD. We wish Adam and Dwayne all the success in the operation of the Humber. We are very glad to have been part of the team that assisted them in obtaining their liquor licence!
