Back Schwartz Vaughan was delighted to assist IGA Plus Liquor, Caves Beach to amend the existing packaged liquor licence at the site to allow them to use it as part of an exciting new development project in the area. To achieve this, Back Schwartz Vaughan worked collaboratively with IGA and the NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority to execute a licence transfer, change of licence name, change of licence boundaries, change of licence conditions, change of closure period and a re-commence trading application to allow the IGA supermarket to also sell take away liquor. As part of a new retail and residential complex, IGA Plus Liquor, Caves Beach is now better positioned to best serve the liquor needs of this community in a convenient and responsible manner.
