BSV is pleased to have assisted the owners of Coogee Wine Room to obtain an on-premises (restaurant & catering service) liquor licence from Liquor and Gaming NSW, which has also been endorsed with a Primary Service Authorisation. Back Schwartz Vaughan is especially pleased to have been able to obtain the original basic restaurant licence for Coogee Wine Room in less than 5 weeks ! Coogee Wine Room is located on Coogee Bay Road – a short walk for beachgoers and locals with a penchant for excellent Mediterranean food and accompanying wines alike. Coogee Wine Room is expected to open in September and will attract interested sommeliers and gourmet diners.
