The team at Back Schwartz Vaughan extends congratulations to Dexus on their approved applications for 3 on-premises restaurant liquor licences. Approved by Liquor and Gaming in February, the licences will allow 3 restaurants to serve alcohol at the Raphael Lane precinct, located on the terraced, heritage listed Phillip Street site. The Raphael Lane precinct is still in its development stages but will open to the public in 2019.
