We congratulate the staff at Harvest, Newrybar, on the recent approval of their primary service authorisation (PSA) for their existing on-premises (restaurant & catering service) licence. The PSA permits customers to be served with liquor without requiring a meal or attending a function and gives the business far more flexibility to trade under their licence. As a highly acclaimed restaurant in the NSW’s Northern Rivers hinterlands, it was crucial that Harvest’s on-premises licence properly reflected the business’ intended style of trade.
Here, BSV’s licensing team aligned licensing capabilities and catering goals through securing the PSA’s approval with a detailed application and Category A Community Impact Statement, which resulted in the NSW Liquor and Gaming granting approval .
