The BSV team have successfully secured another packaged liquor licence for the Endeavour Group Limited - this time as part of a new shopping centre to be known as Chisholm Plaza, under construction at the corner of Settlers Boulevard, Tigerhawk Drive and Heritage Drive, Chisholm.
The Centre will include the new BWS store, a Woolworths Supermarket, approximately 20 specialty shop tenancies, a gym, a swim school, a medical centre, a childcare centre and a tavern. Relying upon the expertise of the BSV Liquor Licensing team, the Applicant successfully demonstrated [through the Community Impact Statement BSV prepared] that the BWS Store and Supermarket will offer customers one-stop grocery shopping, a convenience that the public anticipates finding in a contemporary supermarket environment.
