We are pleased to have assisted the owners of the very popular nightclub venue at Wollongong – Heyday with their response to an application for an extended trading authorisation for a special occasion to allow trading until 03:00am during the music festival known as ‘Yours and Owls’. As part of our detailed response to a Police submission seeking the imposition of numerous conditions some of which were consented to , the Department excepted the Venue's position and only required the Venue's version of the conditions to be implemented during the Festival Period. 

The BSV team are pleased to have assisted Inland Distributors Pty Limited in their recent application for a producer/wholesaler licence grant located on Welchman Street, Dubbo. Inland Distributors, a well-established entity for over 25 years, is a testament to Australian family entrepreneurship. Focusing on the wholesale distribution of beverages and snack foods, the company's producer/wholesaler license allows for a diverse array of goods from a fully equipped warehouse facility. Now, with the assistance of the BSV licencing team, Inland Distributors can add liquor products to their range of offerings.

The BSV team is pleased to have assisted Mohasuwei Operations Pty Limited for their successful application for the grant of an on-premises (vessel & accommodation) licence. The licence is attached to the Mohasuwei vessel moored at Sydney Superyacht Marina. The vessel is a luxurious superyacht which provides day and night cruises to family & corporate groups. Charters take place along the eastern seaboard of NSW, mainly within the Sydney Harbour, Pittwater, and Hawkesbury River.

The BSV team have successfully secured another packaged liquor licence for the Endeavour Group Limited - this time as part of a new shopping centre to be known as Chisholm Plaza, under construction at the corner of Settlers Boulevard, Tigerhawk Drive and Heritage Drive, Chisholm.

Following on from making a successful licence application at Coffs Harbour for Gowing Bros Limited (Gowings) , the BSV team are once again very pleased to have assisted with another successful application for a packaged liquor licence for a new boutique retail liquor store in another Gowings shopping centre, this time within the main shopping centre and area of at Kempsey.
