The BSV team are pleased to have assisted Jones Lang Lasalle (NSW) Pty Limited with an application for the grant of an on-premises (restaurant and catering services) licence that was endorsed with a primary service authorisation and an extended trading authorisation. With the expertise and guidance from BSV, the complexities of preparing a category B Community Impact Statement, in order to obtain an extended trading authorisation for the premises until 3:00 am, were successfully navigated. The approval allows the licensed premises to make available to its customers various spaces and rooms for dining and socialising until the early hours of the morning.
