BSV’s liquor licensing team are pleased to have worked with the owners of Good Spirits, Food & Wine, Tweed Heads on their recently approved packaged liquor licence removal application. To preserve the business’ interests of the packaged liquor licence it was moved to a nearby location in Tweed Heads West where the licence is now “parked” in a dormant capacity pending its future activation at the same site. The BSV team ensured our client received the right advice, that was both cost effective and delivered the desired outcome to ensure their valuable asset was preserved .
