The BSV team are pleased to have assisted Bruce and Jay in their successful application for a primary service authorisation for S’WICH BONDI in Bondi Beach. The work that BSV addressed included making two applications to the Waverley Council seeking approval of an amended development consent, and a new footway licence for the premises, that would also allow the use of a primary service authorisation. The Application to the NSW Liquor and Gaming resulted in the approval of the primary service authorisation for both indoor and outdoor areas at S’WICH Bondi. S’WICH Bondi brings together the pleasure of eating, paired with design, art, fashion and music, to locals and those travelling through Bondi.
