The BSV team are pleased to have once again assist the Endeavour Group Limited with their recent successful grant of a packaged liquor licence at North Rocks. First, BSV prepared the comprehensive social impact assessment that was lodged with the local consent authority that allowed the development consent (that permits the retail liquor store use) to issue. Secondly, the BSV team prepared the Application (that included a Category B community impact statement) before the NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority for the grant of the bottleshop licence at North Rocks.
The BWS Store is to be located on Windsor Road, North Rocks in the former Bunnings Warehouse building. The building is to be redeveloped, and when finished it will provide for a Woolworths Supermarket, the BWS Store, a gym, medical centre, seven other small tenancies, and one kiosk.
