The BSV team is pleased to have assisted The Irish Shop in their successful on-premises restaurant application.
Now, alongside their offerings of Irish food, apparel and gifts, the Irish Shop, will also permit the additional sale and supply for consumption on the premises of liquor alongside the service of a meal at their new restaurant and gift shop premises in Kandos. The traditional Irish Shop can be found on Parramatta Road, Stanmore NSW, but it is their newest Kandos Shop, Café and Restaurant in Kandos NSW, less than an hour’s drive from Mudgee NSW where they will be offering this new experience. As “the only dedicated Irish Shop in the southern hemisphere”, the grant of this application opens a breadth of opportunity for the Irish Shop.
Aligning with the spirit of the restaurant, BSV successfully obtained a special condition for the Irish Shop Restaurant in Kandos which allow special trading hours on St Patrick’s day (17th of March each year). Therefore, the Irish Shop Kandos will be open earlier on St Patrick’s Day and be able to cater to suit its costumers needs on this important and most celebrated day for the Irish community.
