We are pleased to have assisted The Avenue Hospitality Group open their first Bourke & Ward branded restaurant and event space by obtaining an on-premises (restaurant & catering) licence endorsed with a primary service authorisation (PSA) and with a sale on other premises authorisation (SOOPA), located in the heart of Sydney on Pitt Street.
Regarding the PSA, the purpose this element of the licence permits Bourke & Ward to operate their restaurant business on the licensed premises with a bar component . On the other hand, with the SOOPA, allows Bourke & Wood to operate catering services to a function, occasion or event held either at or away from the licensed premises.
