BSV’s licensing team had previously ensured the approval of the on-premises (restaurant) licence last year, and was able to promptly arrange the PSA’s approval by NSW Liquor & Gaming in time for the business to make the most of its new liquor licensing capabilities early in the new year.
The PSA permits customers to be served liquor without consuming a meal at the restaurant, and its pairing with an on-premises (restaurant) licence has long been a licensing option sought by restaurants wishing to build a balanced and diverse drinks offering into their established restaurant menu.
