Vizio Caffé e Cucina
BSV has enjoyed assisting the team at Vizio Caffé e Cucina with their application to the NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority for an on-premises (restaurant) licence. Under the new regime which came into effect on 31 January 2017, Vizio Caffé e Cucina was able to obtain an Interim Restaurant Authorisation, which allows them to serve liquor from the moment they lodged their licence application. BSV is proud to have assisted in the first grant of an Interim Restaurant Authorisation under the new scheme.

As one of the most popular destinations for a night out in Sydney, Scary Canary offers a fun and vibrant atmosphere with awesome music and weekly themed events. BSV is happy to announce that the Office of Liquor and Gaming has granted Scary Canary an exemption to the 1:30am lock out, with patrons now able to enter Scary Canary until 2:00 am.
