Edmondson Square

BSV are delighted to have assisted with the liquor licensing requirements of the new food and drink precinct at Edmondson Square, 52 Solder’s Parade, Edmondson Park.

The Ed Square Town Centre is set to become a regionally significant community and a benchmark 21st century town centre.  It is situated at the northern periphery of Sydney’s South West Priority Growth Area.

Our very experienced team successfully obtained 12 on-premises restaurant licences for the precinct together with a further on-premises restaurant licence (to be known as Daily Bean) that is endorsed with a primary service authorisation and extended trading authorisation.   The PSA and ETA Applications required the preparation of a Category A CIS document that was ultimately approved by the NSW Liquor and Gaming, allowing the liquor licence to be approved.

No job is too small or large for the BSV team - If you require assistance with any licensing application then please do not hesitate to contact the team at Back Schwartz Vaughan on (02) 8383 3777.
