Subset 27, Edmondson Square

We are happy to announce the Application for the grant of a hotel (general bar) licence at the new food and drink precinct at Edmondson Square, 52 Solder’s Parade Edmondson Park, has been granted by the NSW Liquor Authority.

This type of liquor licence is a limited type of hotel licence.  It has all the features of a traditional hotel licence except it does not allow keno, take away liquor sales, gaming via poker machines and wagering.  Subset 27 will be the next exciting hotel venue to open in Edmondson Park.  It will be a family friendly hotel where a range of great meals and liquor service will be provided.

The work completed by our office, which included the preparation of a Category B CIS, allowed the NSW Liquor Authority to be satisfied that the approval of this Application would not be detrimental to either the local or broader communities.

Should you seek a similar type of liquor licence, then please do not hesitate to contact the experienced team at Back Schwartz Vaughan on (02) 8383 3777.
