Eat Street - Edmondson Square

The team at Back Schwartz Vaughan are pleased to announce the successful collaboration with the Frasers Property Group to licence the new Food and Dining precinct at Ed. Square, to be known as “Eat Street”.   Eat Street, and the long awaited Ed. Square Town Centre, opened to the public on Thursday 29th April, 2021.

The BSV team prepared and lodged 13 on-premises (restaurant) licence applications with the NSW Liquor and Gaming, one that was endorsed with a primary service authorisation.  The team also prepared and lodged an application for the grant of a hotel (general bar) licence for Subset 27, that was accompanied by a Category B Community Impact Statement.   All Applications were approved by the NSWL&G and/or the NSW Liquor Authority.  Following their approval the team assisted with the approved manager applications for the licence holders, as also ensuring compliance related matters were considered.   Eat Street is a vibrant and family friendly meeting destination, and a food haven for locals and visitors due to the unique atmosphere, and the many different cuisines on offer.  Further details of Eat Street can be found at https://www.frasersproperty.com.au/nsw/ed-square/town-centre  or https://edsquare.shopping/Stores.  The BSV team were delighted to have worked on this project.   If you require any assistance with a small or large project then please do not hesitate to contact the BSV team.
