While the BSV team act on the grant of many liquor licences, we also act for people who are genuinely opposed to licensing applications on valid grounds . For example, the BSV team recently assisted an opposing submitter in successfully preventing a new packaged liquor licence in Strathfield. We regularly act for concerned citizens or existing licensees in the preparation and lodgement of genuine opposing submissions before the NSW Liquor and Gaming or the Authority (as the case may be).
