Following on from making a successful licence application at Coffs Harbour for Gowing Bros Limited (Gowings) , the BSV team are once again very pleased to have assisted with another successful application for a packaged liquor licence for a new boutique retail liquor store in another Gowings shopping centre, this time within the main shopping centre and area of at Kempsey. The new store is well placed at ground level within Kempsey Central [where there is an existing Coles Supermarket and other retail, hospitality and professional service stores], where it will maximise the shopping convenience of shoppers.
Relying upon the extensive experience of the BSV team, Gowings offered a clear market distinction in their proposed business model [that was detailed in the Community Impact Statement], focusing on selling a boutique range of alcohol and high-quality products, securing the approval of the Application before the NSW Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority.
