We are very happy to have successfully assisted the Endeavour Group Limited in undertaking the process of a double change of licensed boundaries application for the Dan Murphy’s store in Carnes Hill. The double “redefinition” of the licence moved it from the original location to its new location. With BSV’s guidance and utilising two redefinition applications that are only available in limited circumstances, the licensee has effectively avoided an application to remove the licence and the substantial costs associated with the removal process.
