Norma’s Deli, Manly

We are pleased to have assisted Norma’s Deli, Manly on the recent approval of their new packaged liquor licence (PLL) to operate a boutique style bottle shop within the exciting new Normá Deli premises in the heart of Manly’s Corso. Situated in the bustling Rialto precinct, Norma’s Deli has already commenced trade of its retail deli, bakery, espresso bar and restaurant. The boutique style bottleshop will complement its existing business operations in Manly.   The licensing team at BSV successfully navigated the process before the NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority that resulted in the successful outcome for our client.  A detailed Category B Community Impact Statement (CIS) was prepared that articulated the point of difference of this proposal to anything else that was located nearby.  The experience of the BSV team subsequently ensured the successful application before the Authority.

Along with the emphasis on quality Greek style food, Norma’s new bottle shop will carry a boutique range of products with a focus to “drink better, drink less.” The PLL approval compliments Norma’s existing on-premises (restaurant) liquor licence and allows a completely rounded offering of alcoholic beverages to customers.
