We are pleased to have once again assisted the Endeavour Group on their recent approval of their packaged liquor licence (PLL) for a new BWS store in Carnes Hill that is to be located adjacent to the existing Woolworths supermarket in the Carnes Hill Marketplace. In response to an increasing public expectation for one-stop grocery shopping in a contemporary shopping environment, Endeavour engaged the experience of the BSV licensing team to assist with their application. BSV prepared a detailed Category B Community Impact Statement (CIS) that articulated the public interest benefits of the application, and how its approval would meet the requirements set out in s.48(5) of the NSW 2007 Liquor Act.
